Our team believes that a healthy runner is strong in mind, body, and spirit. We are a program that values character and effort as critical components of becoming gritty, joyful, resilient athletes. With an emphasis on running fundamentals as well as injury prevention, we strive to provide runners with opportunities to excel on the trails, track, and road as youth -- and to be well-positioned to pursue running opportunities well past high school.
