Tuesday: HS runners, 3-4pm
Wednesday: MS runners, 3-4pm
Friday: HS & MS runners, 3-4pm
Saturday: HS runners, 3-4pm
**Note: there will NOT be Fleet practices on Monday or Thursday**

Registration is now open for 2021 memberships. The fee is $30 per athlete for this calendar year and includes all Finger Lakes Fleet practices, time trials, and intra-club races. Entry fees to community, Junior Olympic, or USATF races are not included and additional fees may apply for association memberships, apparel/uniforms, equipment, etc. Inability to pay need not be an obstacle to joining; waivers for fees may be available upon request.

We are accepting registrations for athletes in grades 6-12. Other athletes may be accepted upon request and approval from coaches.

At this time, we are planning to hold practices for athletes in grades 6-8 and grades 9-12 separately. Our schedule is subject to change in accordance with the interscholastic running offerings available to our athletes.

Anticipated schedule for 1/4/2021-2/28/2021
FLF practice for high school athletes: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday from 3-4pm
FLF practice for middle school athletes: Wednesday and Thursday from 3-4pm

Anticipated starting 3/1/2021 (Section IV Fall II XC Season begins)
FLF practices for high school athletes: Sunday, 3-4:30pm
FLF practices for middle school athletes: Sunday, 2-3pm
